Event Details

Sip n Shop: Boutique only. Bar drinks available for purchase

Winter Wonderland: Holiday family fun which includes; a tree lighting, Santa Claus, snow play, fun zone, performances, crafts, and food trucks.

Event Set Up

Please check in with Tanya Jorgenson, the Boutique Host, prior to going to your booth.

There will be two available set up times.

Friday, December 6th

10am-12:00pm and 3:00pm-6:00pm

Swag bag donations will be collected at set up.

Saturday, December 7th

12:00pm – 3:00pm

Event Clean up

On Friday, patio vendors will move their booth items indoors. Indoor booth vendors will leave their booths set up overnight.

All vendors must be out of the building by 10:00pm on Saturday, December 7th.

Vendor Booths

Indoor vendors will be in half the gymnasium. Patio vendors will be outside the gymnasium.

This event will occur rain or shine.

Standard booth indoors approximately 8 feet wide by 6 feet deep, back up to another vendor. One table permitted* $125

Premium Perimeter Booth indoors approximately 8 feet deep by 10 feet wide.  Two tables permitted * $160

Patio Booths are located outside and measure approximately 10×10. Ez-ups and canopies are optional but must be fire resistant. Two tables permitted. No refunds for intermittent weather. *$130

Student booths are available for entrepreneurs under the age of 18. Those booths will be located on the patio. $65

Electricity is available for vendors who request it on their applications. Please bring an extension cord and surge protectors.

Patio vendors are encouraged to bring additional lighting.

Tablecloths are not provided.

One 6 foot table and two chairs per booth will be provided. Premium and Patio booth vendors can rent an additional table for $15.

Hanging things on the walls is not permitted.

Backdrops can be used as long as they do not exceed the booth size.

No ez-ups or canopies inside the gymnasium.

Please make sure someone is at your booth at all times.   

We encourage you to accept all forms of payment. Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Credit Cards. Wifi is available.

Vendors are responsible for all trash and leaving their booth area clean.

Food Vendors: Vendors selling prepacked food items must have a cottage license.

Loading Area: There is a loading area in front of the Community Center. Please unload and promptly park in the Intermediate School parking lot next door to allow other vendors to utilize the loading zone.  No vendors should be parked in the Community Center parking lot during the event unless in designated handicapped spots.

Swag Bags: We will be giving away 10 swag bags to the 1st 10 shoppers. Vendors interested in participating will be asked to donate 10 items. This is a chance to introduce yourself to our shoppers. Donate something fun and unique. Items will be collected during set up. 

Cancellation Policy: Vendor payment can be refunded IF cancellation notice is received prior to 2 weeks before the event. Within 2 weeks of the event, the vendor payment will not be refunded. No refunds for intermittent weather.

Vendor Advice: Be on trend! Use Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration and add your own style. If you have been a vendor with us before, bring something new. Make sure your pricing is right. Create a cute and inviting booth.

Consider the upcoming holidays and seasons when creating your products.

Post on social media. Tag t.marieboutique and #tmarieboutique on your posts and stories.

Once our Facebook event is LIVE, please share it. Comment and like our posts. The more activity on our page, the more Facebook will put it in news feeds.

Become a Vendor: Submit a vendor application and pictures of your products. Submit high quality pictures to tmarieboutiqueinfo@gmail.com. If your application is accepted you will receive a PayPal invoice. Please pay within 48 hours in order to secure your spot.

Not all applications are accepted based on the discretion of T Marie Boutique. It is important that we offer a unique variety of goods and limit the number of competing vendors.

Please complete the vendor agreement after you have been accepted and payment has been received.

*All booth sizes are approximate and subject to adjustment based on venue restrictions.
